question about purchasing JR pass:
- how long will delivery take to canada? our travel date to japan is on november 2, 2024
- do i need to enter date of first use?
- do you need to reserved seats in green car?

Hi there,
If you order one now it should definitely come before then - we offer next-day FedEx delivery. You won’t need to enter first day of use as you choose when to activate it once in Japan.
You’ll still need to make reservations even if you purchase a Green Class JR Pass. These come at no additional cost but the system is just in place to avoid overcrowding. In general Green cars are typically a lot less packed and are a lot quieter than regular carriages.
