hello,
i have the 7-day JR pass and have a plan to use it to travel from tokyo-halone-kyoto-osaka-tokyo from 17th July (from tokyo to hakone and come back to tokyo from osaka on 23th July 2015)
what train should i take from tokyo to hakone; from hakone to kyoto; from kyoto to osaka and from osaka back to tokyo?
what stations the train will stop and hw long it takes for each city i visit? what is the train timetable of each?

You can use www.hyperdia.com to look up routes, time-tables, ticket prices and much more. We also have a guide for planing with Hyperdia.
Coming from Tokyo, take the Shinkansen to Odawara station. This is the bullet train station for Hakone. From there you can also take the bullet train to Osaka. Trains depart at least every 30 minutes.
