I lost my JR Pass

But I have reserved the seats of trains I need to take.
Can I ask the booking clerk change the seat reserving invoice for me? thanks

Hello there,

Unfortunately the reservation stubs you may hold will not be enough to get you through the ticket barriers for travel - this will require presentation of a Japan Rail Pass and you must carry it at all times for it to be valid.

As the Japan Rail Pass cannot be reissued, I strongly recommend you contact either the local police station or the JR lost property helpdesks. The Japanese system for managing lost property is incredibly efficient and 9 times out of 10 you will be reunited with your lost items.
