How to book Nozomi upgrade and extras

Hello,
I am planning my arrival in March and need to get from Haneda Airport to Hiroshima and the speediest way is - as far as I can search - via Shinagawa and then the Nozomi shinkasen line (we arrive on a saturday).

I plan to book a JR Pass 21 days green car soon, but have a question regarding the Nozomi supplement ticket and extras.

I plan to book our seats and luggage space online from home, as I understand I can do this when the voucher arrives - but can I also book the supplement Nozomi ticket or do I need to book/pay when changing my voucher on arrival? And do I understand correctly that I can pre-book seats and luggage online from home?

And is the Keikyu Ltd. express to Shinagawa coveres by the JR pass?

Hi there,

Please note that purchasing the JR Pass from our online website only allows you to make reservations once you have exchanged the JR Pass/set an activation date once in Japan at a JR info/ticket desk. Also, only JR-East train seats can be reserved online, for other trains you'll need to go to the same ticket desks/ticket machines to make seat reservations. Hence, the same applies to the Nozomi supplementary ticket - it can be purchased once you activate the Pass.

No, the Keikyu Limited Express train is not covered by the JR Pass as it is a private railway, but you can still get to Tokyo via the Tokyo Monorail from Haneda, which is included with the JR Pass.
