Hi, im travelling to japan on monday, november 6th
I guess i dont have enough time to receive the exchange order.
Is there any way to send it to the hostel? Do i heed to be there to receive it? should i sign something?
I need to give any details besides address?

Hi there,
Please note that our next dispatch is on Monday and would not reach your hostel before Wednesday next week.
If you do place an order, then you can use your hostel address as delivery address. Do keep in mind that someone has to sign but your hostel could do this.
Also note that we can't accept orders placed from Japan, please do so beforehand.
