Hi

My husband and 23 year old son are arriving in Tokyo on Sunday 9th feb, staying in Tokyo for 3 days then proceeding to Hakuba for 6 days and returning to Tokyo.

I will need a train pass for city travel then the bullet train return to Hakuba and train to the airport when we leave on the 19th Feb

Can you advise me on what is best and can I purchase the vouchers in Melb Aust

Hi Elly,

There's not really a JR Pass that would help you make savings with just a return Tokyo - Hakuba. I would just look at buying normal tickets or use an express bus from Tokyo to Hakuba.
