I'm traveling with a friend of my daughter. She gave me the name Kathy to add to the pass, but her actual name is Katherine. Will that be a problem?

Hi there,
Your name (first and last) need to match your passport, JR Staff at point of exchange have final say on the matter. While this is an understandable mistake, it would be better to re-issue the pass with the correct name, to avoid any problems upon arrival.
