Is there is any time requirement in purchasing and activating the regional pass? We will be in Japan on April 1 to 14, 2024. I’ve seen videos talking about some time restrictions.

Hi there,
The Hokuriku Arch Pass needs to be exchanged within three months of the date it is purchased. This won't be a problem for you, as you'll be in Japan in less than three months from now, so you can purchase it at any time.
