I will be travelling from Tokyo to Izumo on the sleeper train (depending on availability )
Then from Izumo to Hiroshima,ending back in Tokyo..
Will the JR pass cover the entire trip?

Hi there,
Yes, as long as you take a Nobi Nobi seat on the sleeper train (carpet seat). You can use a normal ltd express train from Izumo to Hiroshima.
