I was wondering if you could tell me if the bullet train runs from Shin Kobe into Haneda airport, by any chance? If so, what times does it depart Shin Kobe?
If it does not, how often does the train run from Shin Kobe into Tokyo Station?

Hi there,
The Bullet train doesn't run directly to Haneda from Shin-Kobe, you'll need to transfer at Shinagawa to Haneda. Here is a simple itinerary for you to follow, with Hikari Bullets leaving Shin-Kobe every hour. Note that in these suggested itineraries there is a small (¥400) amount of non JR travel from Shinagawa to Haneda, however you would also be able to get to Haneda via the JR Yamanote and Tokyo Monorail with a JR Pass.
