My partner and I are traveling to multiple locations in Japan this Nov. please see below itinerary:
Arrival Airport: Haneda
November 7-19: Tokyo
November 19 - 24: Osaka
November 24 - 28: Kyoto
November 28: Kyoto / Tokyo (Departure: Haneda Airport)
Can you please advise which Jr rail passes should we get for our travel dates?

I could not find a pass that would help you make savings on this route. As such, I recommend buying normal tickets for your trip.

A JR Pass makes sense for longer distances / intercity travel. When I read your itinerary, I see a return Tokyo - Kyoto/Osaka. This is about the same price as a 7-day Japan Rail Pass (at current pricing). You spend more than 7-days together in Kyoto/Osaka combined, so a 7-day JR Pass would not work and you don't cover enough travel for a 14-day JR Pass to help you make savings. As such, my previous advice :)
