I will arrive to Narita airport on Tuesday at 22:45. I found that JR office is closed at that time. I did not find whether any Narita Express depart after that time to Tokyo. Is there any N'EX in operation during the night?

Hi there,
I am afraid that there will be no Narita Express (or any other kind of trains) travelling that late. Public transport shuts down around midnight to resume the following morning around 6 am.
I recommend looking at a night bus from Narita airport into Tokyo instead.
