Can I get to Mt. Fuji using my jr pass or should I use the Hakone Freepass?
Also, where is the best place to visit Mt. Fuji? I dont want to hike just take nice pictures.
Maybe Lake Ashi?

Hi there,
At this time of year the best place to be is around the Hakone area - climbing and hiking will be pretty dangerous!
You can travel to Odawara with the JR Pass, and from there buy the cheaper (¥3,900) Hakone Freepass to take you around the sights.
