is JR pass convienent for me or is there a regional pass better for me?
I am traveling to Tokyo, with day trips to Nikko, Hakone and Kamakura,
To Kanazawa, kyoto, day trip to Hirrosshima and Miyajima and Osaka for a total foor about 14 days.

It will depend a bit on your timings, but either a 7-day JR Pass or 14-day JR Pass could be a good match. Especially since you have long trips planned, such as Hiroshima and Kanazawa.
