Help- narita airport to Osaka

I just got a reply from a friend of a friend......... whom I've never met.

The easiest way to Osaka from Narita Airport is if you take the Narita Express to Tokyo station and transfer there to the Shinkansen that will take you directly to Shin-Osaka. The route looks like [this]http://bit.ly/10aeyf9
Trains leave Narita Airport ever 30 minutes at XX:15 and XX:45.

This last train option for Osaka leaves Narita airport at 18:48.
