Hi! My wife and I are flying into Japan in December with following itinerary:
Fly into Narita
Narita to Tokyo station
Tokyo Station to Osaka in the morning
2 days in Osaka with day trips to Kyoto
Osaka to Tokyo station
In Tokyo for 2 days
Tokyo to Narita to fly out
What do you think the best pass is for us?

Hi there,
I recommend using 7-day JR Pass for your trip. It will nearly cover all your travel and make nice savings at the same time.
You can use the JR Pass on the Shinkansen between Tokyo - Kyoto - Osaka (and back) as well on the Narita Express to the airport.
