KIndly, may you advice what is the best tickets for my trip, we are two adult,
arraive at osaka airport then we will go dirict to Nagoya for 3 nights.
During our stay in NAgoya we are planing to vist Fuji and Tokyo then we will back to OSaka for one night befor our return flight.

Here's a little list of normal ticket prices to see if a JR Pass would be of help to you.
Osaka - Nagoya ¥ 6,380
Nagoya - Tokyo ¥ 10,780
Tokyo - Nagoya ¥ 10,780
Nagoya - Osaka ¥ 6,380
For a total of ¥ 34,320 or ¥ 6,020 in savings as the 7 day JR Pass is ¥ 28,300. Note that I left your visit to Fuji out as I was not sure exactly what area around the mountain you plan to visit but it can only add more savings :)
