Would like to know validity of 7 days pass..let say 15 nov 2014 is the last day of pass if i travel from Tokyo to Kyoto and leaving tokyo 22.10 PM will arrive kypto the next day!! Does the pass cover this trip..thank you!!

Hi there,
The JR Pass is counted in full days and the first day of use is counted as a full day, no matter what time you start using it.
The JR Pass would thus be valid from the 9th if the 15th is your last day.
You can however finish the train ride if you arrive after midnight but boarded the train before midnight on your last day of use.
