Hi, i like to travel from Tokyo to takayama, shiragawa, kamikochi and kanazawa. Then back to Tokyo. Is there also a 5days rail pass? Or can tou advise what the best fare option will be for my itinery?

The JR Pass is only available in a period of 7, 14, 21 consecutive days.
Your most expensive trips are:
Tokyo - Takayama 14,920 JPY
Kanazawa - Tokyo 14,120 JPY
These together are almost the cost of a 7 day JR Pass, add in travel to Kamikochi and local travel in Tokyo, in addition to the airport and you can make good savings using a 7 day JR Pass.
