Where to book reserved seats for JR line from overseas (w/o JR pass)

Hi

3 people from my group will be travelling Shinjuku to Mt Fuji, then travelling onwards to Osaka with luggage. They will not purchase the JR pass since it's not economical. May I ask the link where they can buy and reserve seats with luggage online from overseas please.

Hi there,

There is no website to do this (easily) online. The best would be to do this in person at any JR ticket office.
