Am I right if I said that in Osaka
for taking all Shinkansen the ONLY station is Shin-Osaka station ?
and
other express trains like JR Thunderbird I go to Osaka Station?

Hi Erica,
Shinkansen stop indeed only at Shin-Osaka for Osaka.
Osaka station is more central, there a lot of local trains stop.
