i will be travel to Japan in June, and not sure which jr pass to purchase, please advise! below are my trip plan
June 7 depart from Kumamoto to Beppu
June 8 stay the night in Hiroshima
June 10 to Osaka
June 11 stay a night in Kyoto
June 13 to Tokyo
June 15 back to Kumamoto

In your case, a 14 day JR Pass would serve you best. You are not giving much time though for Kumamoto and Beppu.

A 14 day JR Pass would be the easy choice here. A return Tokyo - Kumamoto alone would save you around 10,000yen. With all the extra travel, it will be very good.
Good to know is that the JR Pass will also cover travel between all of the above places.
