But since you have time, why not get the pass before your trip? Once in Japan, the pass costs about 15% more.

I hope you can see some of Fukuoka , there are many open parks, shopping, seaside historical areas, and urban neon. See this site as a good guide.

Don't miss the Nanzoin Temple which is one of Japan's finest yet almost totally unknown to the outside world and completely FREE!

Also you don't list your whole itinerary, so make sure getting a pass is worthwhile for your trip. You can see regular fares, routes and schedules on Hyperdia.
Under "More Options", be sure to uncheck the Nozomi box since you can't ride that train using the pass.

As to buying the 14day JR PAss , I am confused ... I read somewhere it is only available from accredited travel sales offices here in Philippines but I also see many online offers to order the JRPass.

The travel agencies mentioned are far from my place. So, I would prefer online. From which seller or what is website of authorized authentic online seller?

If you want a brick and mortar place to buy it, virtually any travel agent that sells air tickets to Japan can sell the JR Rail Pass. For regional passes though, it may be a different story. An agent doesn't have to be near your home - they can mail you the voucher. So pick someplace you like and trust. An online place often is a bit cheaper though, since their operating costs are usually lower.
