Hello...we are going to visit Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo in July. We arrive from Narita airport. This is our basic itinerary :
17 July-20July : Narita-Osaka-Kyoto (19 July to USJ)
20 July-23 July : Kyoto-Fuji-Tokyo
23 July : Narita
As this is our 1st visit to Japan, could you please give us some informations about other interesting places nearby Osaka & Kyoto which are covered by JR Pass so that we can get a better itinerary that suits to our holiday. However our daughter looks forward to visit Manga anime place as she is crazy about them.

I think it very much suits your plans. For Anime, head to Akihabara in Tokyo. You'll mind countless Anime stores there. In Osaka, you can go to Den Den town, lot's of anime stores too.
