We will arrive on April 12 at Haneda airport then going to Kyoto 2 days then going to Osaka for one day and return back to Tyoko for 3 days then return home from Handda airport on April 19. Should I buy JR pass? can I use for local bus at Tyoto , Kyoto and Osaka with JR pass also?

Hi there,
I think the Osaka-Tokyo Hokuriku Arch Pass is the best option for you - it covers travel to Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo at a cheaper price than a regular JR Pass. The pass won't cover bus travel, but it will cover basic metro transport via the Osaka loop line in Osaka and the JR Yamanote loop in Tokyo. If you plan to use the metro more I would recommend purchasing a prepaid travel card such as a SUICA or a PASMO.
