Hello!

Hoping you could assist me. Order: #2454578

I ordered 2 JR Passes and realised I'd typed the incorrect surname for one of the travellers. I know this will be problematic once in Japan because details need to match passport details. I have sent out numerous messages via website contact box, emails to [email protected], messages via facebook and Linkedin. There has been no response.

Please let me know soonest if this can be corrected before delivery.
Or if I need to cancel to order (get refunded) and place order again.

Would be great to hear anything from you.

I’m sorry you haven’t heard from our support team yet, unfortunately that is the only way to make any amends to past orders - sometimes they just need a couple of days, don’t worry! If the order has already been delivered then you’ll likely have to go through the process of refunding and ordering again, but please wait until the team gets back to you. Sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused.
