Hi there,
A 7-day Japan Rail Pass would be a very good fit here, given that you at least cover the part Yokohama - Nagoya - Osaka - Gotemba - Narita with it. The JR Pass covers all these routes and would give you considerable savings compared to buying the tickets out of pocket.
