Torn physical exchange order

Hello I have bought a physical exchange order for JR pass but accidentally torn it a little bit at the right side, where the barcode is . I am wondering if this is still valid to be exchanged with a JR pass? Thanks

A little bit of damage won't be a problem, as long as all the details are readable.
