Hi there,
The best route is to take the JR Pass from Takayama - Nagoya using the Hida Wide View express, from Nagoya to Tokyo take the Hikari Shinkansen and from Tokyo to Narita Airport, use the Narita Express.
This route is fully covered by the JR Pass.
