problem collecting jr exchange order

Dear Jr team,

I have a problem and I cannot collect my jr exchange order here in the U.K. as my local post office is holding my parcel and cannot hand it to me because the storage iron door is jammed and they don’t have access to it.

I’m flying tomorrow and i won’t be able to have it before my departure.

What are my options ?
