For your itinerary it is likely that the Kansai Area Pass, 4-day would be your best - however this is based on the assumption that your itinerary would follow as Kansai Airport -> Wakayama -> Kobe -> Osaka (remaining days). This would make your itinerary the most cost-effective as the pass would fully cover your travel.
