HI I'M TRYING TO BOOK THE JRPASS FOR A FAMILY OF 4 , HOWEVER WEBSITE WILL NOT CONTINUE WITHOUT A STATE AND THE POSSIBILITIES IT GAVE FOR A STATE ARE NOT PART OF MY ADDRESS. I NEED TO LEAVE IT BLANK BUT WON'T PROCEED TO NEXT STEP

Hi there,
Once you select your country, the state field should show as applicable.
If not, just put in any and write our support team and we will update the address manually.
