Despite this being my 2nd trip to Japan , I forgot that you have to be send the pass , for some reason I thought you are just emailed it. I've just ordered mine ( with the cancellation option ) it's Thursday and I leave on Monday !
Does anyone know what happens if it doesn't arrive in time?

If you have a problem with an order, please contact our support team at [email protected] and they'll be able to accommodate you - in your case, you may have the option to have the pass sent directly to your accommodation in Japan, but you'll need to let the support team know if you want to proceed with this.
