We used our 21 days JR Pass for a few days but had to leave Japan due to a medical emergency. Would JR provide some sort of refund under these conditions?

I don't believe that these circumstances would be covered under the refund protection policy, but I'd suggest checking with our support team at [email protected] as they handle queries relating to orders.
