My JR-Pass should have been delivered yesterday to my accommodation in Edogawa. This did not happen and I had to book two shinkansen trains on my own costs which was a total of 22000 yen. It still hasn’t arrived and if it wont arrive today I wont be able to use the 7 days. I want a refund of the money I paid for the pass and the 22000 yen I had to pay just because of your incompetence of delivering a simple letter. Furthermore would I like to say that you guys have the most useless customer service I’ve ever come across in my life.

I'm sorry this has happened to you, my advice would be to contact the support team at [email protected]. I'm sorry they were unable to accommodate you but please bear in mind if their has been any problem with delivery that is out of our hands.
