JR Pass date range and Pocket Wifi port

I recently purchased a JR pass for 14 days and realized I will be staying in Japan for a total of 19 days. I am not certain what I should do or what options would be available to me for those 5 remaining days. Do you have any suggestions?

I also have questions about the Pocket Wifi as well. Does the Pocket Wifi include a charging cable? If not, which type of USB port is compatible? Since I ordered my JR Pass already, should I just order the Pocket Wifi separately?

Hi there,

It depends on what travel you may want to do in the remaining days. Typically, we recommend looking at an IC card, such as Suica. Which is very convenient for local travel.
