I as tourist buy 2 weeks tickets in our country, what about for student who study in Japan could she buy 2 weeks ticket also. thanks

Hi there,
It takes a little over 4 hours by Shinkansen from Tokyo station to Hakodate.
In order to use the JR Pass, every user should have a temporary visa in their passport with the goal of sightseeing/tourism. Other kinds of visa do not qualify.
