We are planning to go to Japan this coming June 2019, planning to go to Sapporo, also buying JR Pass 14days Ordinary.
My question is:
is JR Pass can be use on train ST Namboku Line and ST Toho Line and ST Tozai Line?

Hi there,
These are Sapporo Subway lines and not included in the JR Pass.
You can use the JR Pass between Tokyo - Sapporo.
