I email the copy of my permanent residence card last week but I haven’t heard back from you yet. My credit card was already charged and processed on April 3rd. We are flying in 3 days. Are we going to able to receive before we leave? I already send the email to the support to ask if they can change shipping address to Japan as well. How do I know if it is already shipped?

Our support team should get back to you on that, I'm very sorry about that. I would suggest emailing them again to see if anything has changed with the order, because it's best for you for it to be shipped to Japan directly in your instance.
