Can I use a attached photo of Japan rail pass ticket as i ask my family members send to me via WhatsApp after arrival in Japan without the voucher in hand which delays by delivery? Thanks

Hi there,
The JR Pass is a physical ticket, and you will need the original voucher to exchange the JR Pass.
Else we'd have e-mailed it in the first place :)
