Hello, we will be travelling to Japan next january for 9 days, and our arrival are from Narita Airport Tokyo. We possibly staying in Osaka area. But our travel plan might covered Osaka/Nara/Kyoto/Tokyo probabbly. Help me since im new to Japan and finding way around are confusing to me there.. thank you for the help!

Have a look at this 7-day example trip for the JR Pass. It has some good suggestions on what to do in each place and I think it matches your plans quite well :)
