Hi,
I'm travelling to Japan and i bought a JR regional Pass. How can i book my seats online before coming to Japan? If i have to activate the pass only once i'm in Japan i might not find any seat available for my dates.

Hi there,
It depends on the pass, but typically reservations have to be made in person, at any JR station within the validity area.
As trains are very frequent in Japan, it rarely happens that they are sold out.
