Multiple Regional Passes and Exchange

Hi There,

We are travelling to Japan in Jan/Feb and are about to purchase our passes, but I wanted to make sure I am doing the right thing.

We are hoping to purchase the below pass for the applicable dates:
Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass (15/01-19/01)
Osaka-Tokyo Hokuriku Arch Pass (21/01-27/01)
Osaka-Tokyo Hokuriku Arch Pass (28/01-03/02)

My main question is when exchanging the passes, do they have to be done on the day of use, or can they be activated all at once or a few days prior?
The reason I am concerned is we will be in Hakuba as of 25/01 and won't be near any of the eligible exchange stations for our final pass.

Please help :).

Hi there,

All of the passes have to be activated separately, but for the two Hokuriku Arch Passes you should be able to exchange them together and set the activation date for the 28th.
