Please advise if it is recommended for me to buy the 7 day JR rail pass based on my itinerary below:
Day 1 - arrive Tokyo (hotel in Shinjuku)
Day 2 - Explore Tokyo
Day 3 - Disneysea
Day 4 - travel to Osaka (hotel in Nankai Namba Station area for 3 nights)
Day 5 - travel to Kyoto (Day tour in Kyoto)
Day 6 - travel to Hiroshima (day tour)
Day 7 - to KIX airport

Given the following travel I would advise a 7 day JR Pass.
Here's an idea of the savings you can make.
Tokyo - Osaka ¥ 14,140
Osaka - Hiroshima ¥ 10,230
Hiroshima - Osaka ¥ 10,230
For a total of ¥ 34600 or ¥ 5500 in savings, as the 7 day JR Pass is ¥ 29,100. Any additional travel - such as to Kyoto - will also add more to your savings.
