Hi there,
If you are worried that the JR Pass won’t come in time, then there could be an option of having it sent to your accommodation in Japan - please check with our support team at [email protected] to see if this would be a suitable option. I believe that if you don’t use the JR Pass that has been sent to you, you are eligible for a refund although please refer to our T&Cs to check if in your circumstances you’d have to pay a cancellation fee.
