I have just recived my exchange order for the JR-Pass.
But I am not sure what to do now;
Should I open the envelope to fill something in?
Or must the envelope remain sealed until the exchange?
Please tell me so I dont make a mistake!

We package your rail passes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition, however you're fine to open the envelope and take a look! Please make sure you bring all the contents with you to Japan to present to the JR ticket office when you activate your Rail Pass.
