Shin-Imamiya is the closest JR station to this address and should be doable to walk to and from.
Using the JR Pass from Tokyo, take the Shinkansen bullet train to Shin-Osaka station, from there use a local line to Osaka station and at Osaka station transfer to any local train to Shin-Imamiya (there should be plenty).
