Hello
I am arriving into Tokyo Narita airport on 18 August at 7.30am. I will be activating my JR pass for use on the Narita Express.
Upon arrival in Tokyo we intend to catch a bullet train to Kyoto later that morning.
I understand that the festival of Oban is up to 17/8.
Is there likely to be much congestion the day after Oban and if so would you recommend booking a seat on the train.
