My cousin is an Irish passport holder issued in Dublin and we are planning to visit Japan for 9 days. Is she valid to use the JR pass?
Also can we use JR Pass to JR Buses?

Hi there,
As long as you enter Japan using a "Temporary Visitor Visa" then you can use the JR Pass. Regardless of nationality.
