Hours of operation

Unfortunately no trains run during the night, I checked the schedules but the earliest you can be at the airport is at 06:38. As far as I am aware besides really expansive taxis there are no other ways to go the Kansai Airport in the Night. The earliest train leaves from Namba (nankai) and arrives at 05:58 but you would have to find a way to get there before.

If your plane departs that early I would recommend trying to find an accommodation around the airport for the last night.

Thanks for helping Daniel-san! I heard that taxis are VERY expensive. What do you think the cost would be to take a taxi to the airport for Neyagawashi? My aunt said it will come up to almost $300 USD!

Also, if I can arrange to maybe depart from Tokyo instead, how long will the train trip be to leave from Neyagawashi to Tokyo?

Yes 200USD aint a strange figure, maybe even 300 with the extra fees you have to pay in the night.
One thing you could do is take a train the evening before departure and spend the night at the Airport itself there are several lobbies with free internet that you can use.

From Neyagawashi to Narita Airport is about 307 minutes (6~hours) to Tokyo it is about an hour less.
